What we’ll cover in this workshop

In this monthly workshop we look at the slow blues/rock bass line from 'True Lies' to explore timing, note length, fills, tone and dynamics in a real musical context.

What you'll learn:

• Lock in the core groove
• Understand the form of the song
• Play a gig-ready version of the line
• Add tasteful fills and variations
• Improve muting, articulation and phrasing.

• I'll show you a simplified version if you are struggling with the original bass line
